Gallery – First Age Sauron Armor

This set is included in the medieval spin-off series that re-imagines heroic or villainous comic icons or other legends with the Prince Armory flare and is the 8th such iteration following the Medieval Krypton Armor.

But instead of the typical medieval fantasy spinoff (its already that anyway), this design is more focused on a scenario of what might Sauron’s armor looked like in the first age (Far before the well known 3rd age featured in the Lord of the Rings films).  I won’t get into the volume of lore left behind by Tolkien but one thing worth noting is that Sauron himself was a capable artisan and armor smith.  Perhaps he would feel at home in this armor.

The suit is all leather construction and every bit is covered with tooling, shaping, or some other detailing.  Again, this is not meant to be a movie replica, it is something that would have predated the movie by lifetimes.
General theme is of course dark and sinister black and metallic gold hardened leather.  Heavy wet molded spikes protrude in excess from the shoulders and gauntlets.
